本公司主要產品有銀海尼龍四方繩和各種化學(合成)纖維材料製成的繩索如尼龍繩、特多龍繩、塑膠繩、浮水繩.... etc.。繩索結構為四方者尺寸為20mmx20mm∼100mmx100mm。結構為8股者尺寸為dia. 20mm∼100mm。結構為3股者尺寸為dia. 3mm∼90mm。 our main products include win ho nylon square rope and all kinds of synthetic ropes ex. nylon multifilament, polyester multifilament, polypropylene split filament, multifilament & polyethylene split filmament....etc. for square rope the size is 20mmx20mm∼100mmx100mm, for 8-strand rope the size is dia. 20mm∼100mm, for 3-strand rope the size is dia. 3mm∼90mm.

特性和用途說明 structure & application

四方繩為８條股繩單股單股交叉編織而成，因為外形四方使用後繩索外觀磨損較平均。八股繩為８條股繩雙股雙股交叉編織而成；三股繩為３條股繩螺旋狀編織而成、在受力下較易變形，兩者外形皆為圓形，故受力面積較小，使用後其中一面會磨損較嚴重。四方繩和八股繩最大優點在於插接容易，而且可由纜繩外觀磨損程度研判汰換時機及其使用週期性，進而使其標準化，以防止潛在的危機造成人員傷亡和財物損失。這也是長久以來四方繩和八股繩普遍受到青睞的原因。可用於繫纜、拖纜、吊索、安全網以及所有陸上和海上用纜繩.....。 the square rope to be done with 8 strands by two single strands with different lays "z" and "s" crossing each other repeatedly, due to its square appearance, the damage from external frictions is more balanced. the 8-strand rope to be done also with 8 strands but by two duplicate strands with different lays "z" and "s" crossing each other repeatedly; the 3-strand rope to be done with 3 strands by three single strand twisting each other repeatedly , and it's easier to be distorted under suffering the force of pulling and loosening done repeatedly, due to their round structure they have a smaller touch surface betweem the equipments, one side of rope will be more serious on the damage from external frictions. for the square rope and 8-strand rope being the favorites of buyers, the reason is to splice it easily, and by the damage of rope's appearance from external frictions, it's easier to judge the time removed, and able to find a periodic rule to let it standardize in order to prevent latent dangers causing heavy damage to the workers and property. the above said ropes are applicable to mooring ropes, tow lines, slings, safety nets and all kinds of ropes over land and sea .... etc.

材質簡易辨識法 material distinction

自繩索上取一段繩養置於水中，尼龍繩及特多龍繩會下沉，塑膠繩包括pp、pe會浮水。於繩養尾端以火燃燒，在有火苗燃燒下，尼龍材質及塑膠材質無煙，特多龍材質冒黑煙而且燃燒端變黑。p.s.熄火後所有材質均冒白煙，而其中以尼龍材質拉力最好。 to cut one sample yarn from ropes and put it in the water, we will find the material of nylon & polyester sinking, and the one of polyrpolylene & polyethylene floating on water. to fire the end of one sample yarn without putting out, we will find there is no smoke pouring from the material of nylon, polyprolylene & polyethylene, but there is black smoke pouring from the one of polyester and its end is black. p.s. after putting out a fire, we will find there is white smoke pouring from all kinds of material, and for the breaking strength, the nylon rope is the best.
